LOCAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)

DELIVERY SERVICES

Most orders will ship within 3 - 5 working days upon payment confirmation. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch notification email.

The following are the delivery modes available with estimated delivery time:

SELLER'S CHOICE OF DELIVERY

Delivery will be on Monday to Friday between 11.00 am to 5.00pm. Upon receiving the order, our delivery team will contact you within 1-3 working days for the delivery schedule. Please be informed that the shipping charge is for a “One-Time” delivery only. Should there be a failed attempt at delivery, an additional shipping charged will be charged to you for each subsequent re-delivery attempt. All shipping rate (charges) are not refundable. In the event that seller delivery fleet is not available, we will appoint 3rd Party Logistics to fulfill the delivery.  

LOCAL COURIER

Delivery will be fulfilled by appointed 3rd Party Logistics. Parcels may take between 3 to 5 working days to reach you. Shipping fee will be fixed at $6.50 per parcel. All shipping rate (charges) are not refundable.

SELF COLLECTION

We provide a self-collection option at our customer care centre address here. However, please call 2 days in advance to arrange for self-collection. Kindly make your way down for self-collection only after you receive the notification email.
